“Cricket Power”

Earlier this month Steve got to serve cricket pancakes to Hal, Kyra, and Jake Trader, family who were in from Charleston, SC.  If you are considering trying insect based products you might want to start with this.   The pancakes look like the pancakes you are used to, they taste  like pancakes you are used to, but there are no disturbing buggy parts visible.  The cricket pancake flour looks like regular pancake flour.  But nuritionally, it is superior. You can order your own cricket flour here: www.jurassicsnacks.com .  Or out check this page which includes some promotional discounts: http://stevebailes.org/blogs/entotreats/.
